Внести в Лесной кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., № 12, ст.534) следующее изменение: часть 1 статьи 48 дополнить абзацем пятым следующего содержания: "- выполнение работ в целях разработки месторождений полезных ископаемых (геологическое изучение недр, разработка месторождений полезных ископаемых);".
