Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О библиотечном деле" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., № 3, ст.97) следующее изменение: в предложении втором части 1 статьи 25 слово "лотерей," исключить.
