Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О государственной поддержке малого предпринимательства" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2007 г., № 5, ст.464) следующие изменения:
1) абзац четвертый части 2 статьи 3 признать утратившим силу;
2) в абзаце седьмом части 4 статьи 8 слово "лотерей," исключить.
