Настоящий Закон устанавливает правовые основы по реализации единой государственной политики в сфере обеспечения доступным жильем граждан и направлен на обеспечение условий для осуществления гражданами права на жилище, реализацию прав граждан на улучшение жилищных условий и развитие жилищного строительства в Кыргызской Республике.
