Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О судах аксакалов" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2002 г., № 8, ст.378) следующее изменение: статью 15 дополнить пунктом "ж" следующего содержания: "ж) связанные с семейным насилием, в случаях отсутствия в деянии лица состава преступления.".
