1. Регистрация лиц, совершивших нарушения, осуществляется в порядке, определяемом Правительством Кыргызской Республики.
2. Наличие информации о примененном к лицу взыскании может быть основанием для ограничения его прав, свобод и интересов, кроме случаев, предусмотренных настоящим Кодексом.
