The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон Кыргызской Республики от 28 октября 2021 года № 126.
1. Приостановленное производство по делу о нарушении возобновляется постановлением уполномоченного органа после того, как отпали основания для приостановления.
2. О возобновлении производства по делу уведомляется лицо, привлекаемое к ответственности за нарушение, и его законный представитель.
