1. Необеспечение электрической энергией потребителя, который не нарушает своих обязанностей перед энергопоставщиком, или потребителя, отключение которого от энергоснабжения запрещено, -
влечет наложение штрафа 6 категории.
2. Нарушение энергопоставщиком, осуществляющим снабжение электрической энергией на закрепленной территории, правил снабжения электрической энергией -
влечет наложение штрафа 7 категории.
