Отправление находящегося под таможенным контролем транспортного средства либо транспортного средства, перемещаемого через таможенную границу Евразийского экономического союза в качестве товара, с места его стоянки без разрешения таможенного органа Кыргызской Республики - влечет предупреждение либо наложение штрафа 1 категории.
