Выпуск в эксплуатацию автомобилей, самолетов, судов или других передвижных средств либо установок, в которых содержание загрязняющих веществ в отработанных газах или уровень влияния физических факторов во время работы превышает установленные нормативы, - влечет наложение штрафа 3 категории.
