Настоящий Закон вступает в силу по истечении 15 дней со дня официального опубликования. Опубликован в газете "Эркин Тоо" от 28 февраля 2017 года № 32 (2757) Правительству Кыргызской Республики привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
