Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О наружном видеонаблюдении" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2015 г., № 5, ст.493) следующее изменение: часть 1 статьи 8 дополнить абзацем вторым следующего содержания: "Технические требования к СНВН определяются Правительством Кыргызской Республики.".
