The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон Кыргызской Республики от 28 октября 2021 года № 126.
1. Судьи независимы и подчиняются только Конституции и законам Кыргызской Республики.
2. Вмешательство в деятельность судей по осуществлению правосудия запрещается и влечет ответственность по закону.
3. Независимость судей гарантируется Конституцией.
