1. Обстоятельства, изложенные в статье 65 настоящего Кодекса, относятся и к секретарю судебного заседания.
2. Вопрос об отводе секретаря разрешается судьей или судом, рассматривающим дело, либо судьей, председательствующим в суде с участием присяжных заседателей.
