The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон Кыргызской Республики от 28 октября 2021 года № 126.
В случае когда в отношении осужденного имеется несколько не приведенных в исполнение приговоров, суд, постановивший последний по времени приговор, или суд по месту исполнения приговора обязан вынести постановление о применении к осужденному наказания по всем указанным приговорам.
