Председательствующий судья разъясняет эксперту его права и обязанности, предусмотренные статьей 59 настоящего Кодекса, и предупреждает его об уголовной ответственности за дачу заведомо ложного заключения, о чем у эксперта отбирается подписка, которая приобщается к протоколу судебного заседания.
