1. Председательствующий судья разъясняет переводчику его права и обязанности, предусмотренные статьей 61 настоящего Кодекса.
2. Переводчик предупреждается председательствующим судьей об уголовной ответственности за заведомо неправильный перевод, о чем у него отбирается подписка, которая приобщается к протоколу судебного заседания.
