В случае возникновения оснований для уведомления о новом подозрении или об изменении квалификации подозрения уполномоченное должностное лицо органа дознания, следователь обязаны вручить подозреваемому новое письменное уведомление о подозрении в соответствии со статьей 233-235 настоящего Кодекса.
