Иностранный гражданин или лицо без гражданства после отбытия наказания должны быть выдворены за пределы Кыргызской Республики в порядке, предусмотренном международными договорами и законодательством Кыргызской Республики, если у них отсутствуют установленные законом основания для пребывания на ее территории. РАЗДЕЛ VI. ОСОБЕННОСТИ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ НЕСОВЕРШЕННОЛЕТНИХ ЗА ПРОСТУПОК И НАЗНАЧЕНИЯ ИМ НАКАЗАНИЯ
