Лицо, заболевшее после вынесения приговора тяжелой и препятствующей исполнению приговора болезнью, на основании заключения медицинской комиссии может быть освобождено судом от дальнейшего отбывания наказания. Перечень соответствующих болезней утверждается Правительством Кыргызской Республики. РАЗДЕЛ V. ИНЫЕ ПРИНУДИТЕЛЬНЫЕ МЕРЫ УГОЛОВНО-ПРАВОВОГО ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЯ, НЕ ЯВЛЯЮЩИЕСЯ НАКАЗАНИЕМ
