The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон Кыргызской Республики от 28 октября 2021 года № 126.
1. Длящимся проступком признается деяние, предусмотренное настоящим Кодексом, совершение которого начинается с действия или бездействия и которое затем осуществляется непрерывно.
2. Длящийся проступок является оконченным с момента прекращения действия или бездействия.
