Подделка акцизных марок с целью использования либо повторное использование бывших в употреблении акцизных марок, а равно их хранение с целью сбыта или сбыт - влекут наказание в виде штрафа II категории с лишением права занимать определенные должности или заниматься определенной деятельностью.
