1. Ведомственный контроль за деятельностью органов и учреждений, исполняющих наказания и принудительные меры уголовно-правового воздействия, осуществляется вышестоящими органами управления и должностными лицами.
2. Порядок осуществления ведомственного контроля определяется законодательством.
