Умышленное или неосторожное нарушение правил полетов или подготовки к ним, а равно правил эксплуатации летательных аппаратов, причинившее по неосторожности тяжкий вред, - наказывается лишением свободы II категории с лишением права занимать определенную должность или заниматься определенной деятельностью на срок до трех лет. РАЗДЕЛ XI. ПРЕСТУПЛЕНИЯ ПРОТИВ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО ПРАВОПОРЯДКА
