Подмена новорожденного ребенка, совершенная из корыстной или иной личной заинтересованности, - наказывается штрафом VI категории или лишением свободы II категории с лишением права занимать определенные должности либо заниматься определенной деятельностью на срок до двух лет или без такового со штрафом II категории.
