Половое сношение, мужеложство, лесбиянство или иные действия сексуального характера, совершенные лицом, достигшим восемнадцатилетнего возраста, с лицом, заведомо не достигшим шестнадцатилетнего возраста, при отсутствии признаков преступлений, предусмотренных статьями 161 и 162 настоящего Кодекса, - наказываются лишением свободы IV категории.
