Статья 128. Конфискация имущества юридического лица

The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон Кыргызской Республики от 28 октября 2021 года № 126.
1. Конфискация имущества юридического лица осуществляется на основании и в порядке, предусмотренных статьями 96 и 97 настоящего Кодекса. При этом повторная конфискация того же самого имущества у физического лица, совершившего соответствующее преступление, не допускается.
2. Полная конфискация имущества юридического лица допускается только в случае его ликвидации.
