Настоящий Закон вступает в силу по истечении семи дней со дня официального опубликования. Опубликован в газете "Эркин Тоо" от 14 февраля 2017 года № 22 (2747) Правительству Кыргызской Республики привести свои решения в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
