Жалоба на постановление, действие (бездействие) должна быть рассмотрена вышестоящим судебным исполнителем в срок не более одного месяца со дня ее поступления. Жалоба на постановление, действие (бездействие) судебного исполнителя рассматривается судом в сроки, установленные процессуальным законодательством.
