1. Несовершеннолетний, достигший шестнадцати лет, может обратиться в суд по месту жительства с заявлением об объявлении его полностью дееспособным в случае, предусмотренном пунктом 1 статьи 62 Гражданского кодекса Кыргызской Республики.
2. Заявление принимается судом при отсутствии согласия обоих родителей, усыновителей или попечителя либо в случае отказа органа по защите детей объявить несовершеннолетнего полностью дееспособным.
