1. Дело о направлении ребенка в интернатное учреждение рассматривается судом в срок до тридцати дней со дня принятия его к производству суда.
2. Дело о направлении ребенка в интернатное учреждение суд рассматривает с обязательным участием представителя органа по защите детей и прокурора.
