1. Заявление о назначении опекуна (попечителя) подается гражданином, желающим оформить опеку (попечительство), в суд по месту жительства или месту нахождения лица, нуждающегося в опеке (попечительстве).
2. Заявление о назначении опекуна (попечителя) в случаях, предусмотренных Кодексом Кыргызской Республики о детях, может быть подано родителями несовершеннолетнего ребенка, в отношении которого предполагается назначение опекуна (попечителя).
