1. Судебные штрафы налагаются судом по основаниям и в размерах, предусмотренных настоящим Кодексом.
2. Судебные штрафы, наложенные судом на должностных лиц государственных органов, органов местного самоуправления и организаций, взыскиваются из их личных средств.
3. В случае наложения штрафа суд выносит определение.
4. Копия определения суда о наложении судебного штрафа вручается лицу, на которое наложен штраф, или направляется ему не позднее следующего дня.
