1. Со стороны, недобросовестно заявившей неосновательный иск или спор против иска либо противодействовавшей правильному и своевременному рассмотрению и разрешению дела, суд может взыскать в пользу другой стороны по его заявлению компенсацию за фактическую потерю времени.
2. Размер компенсации определяется судом в разумных пределах с учетом конкретных обстоятельств дела.
