Статья 106. Перемена адреса во время производства по делу

Участники процесса обязаны сообщить суду о перемене своего адреса во время производства по делу. При отсутствии такого сообщения извещение посылается по последнему известному суду адресу, считается доставленным, а участник процесса надлежаще извещенным, хотя бы он по этому адресу более не проживает или не находится.
