The act is no longer in force. Basis: Конституционный Закон КР от 11 августа 2022 года № 92.
1. Реорганизация банка может осуществляться в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
2. Реорганизация банка осуществляется исключительно с согласия Национального банка.
3. Порядок проведения реорганизации банков устанавливается Национальным банком.
