Платежная система Кыргызской Республики (далее - платежная система) - взаимосвязанная система технологий, процедур, правил, платежных инструментов и систем перевода денежных средств, обеспечивающая денежное обращение. Функционирование платежной системы регулируется законом и нормативными правовыми актами Национального банка.
