1. Решения Национального банка могут быть обжалованы в суд.
2. К решениям Национального банка о реструктуризации банка, введении режима Временной администрации и отзыве лицензии меры по обеспечению иска применяются с изъятиями, предусмотренными Гражданским процессуальным кодексом Кыргызской Республики.
