С вступлением в законную силу настоящего Закона принятые положения, предусматривающие право иностранных граждан, лиц без гражданства и беженцев на получение квалифицированной юридической помощи в сферах гражданского и административного судопроизводства, вступают в силу с 1 января 2018 года.
