1. В предоставлении квалифицированной юридической помощи отказывается, если:
1) годовой доход лица превышает 60-кратный размер минимальной заработной платы, ежегодно устанавливаемый законом о республиканском бюджете;
2) лицом предоставлена недостоверная информация, на основе которой оказывалась квалифицированная юридическая помощь.
2. Отказ в предоставлении квалифицированной юридической помощи может быть обжалован в уполномоченный орган или суд.
