Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики «О государственных закупках» (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2015г., № 4, ст. 327) следующее изменение: пункт 9 части 4 статьи 21 изложить в следующей редакции: «9) проведения досрочных выборов или референдумов;».
