1. Агитация по вопросу (вопросам), вынесенному (вынесенным) на референдум, начинается со дня вступления в силу закона о назначении референдума и заканчивается за 24 часа до дня голосования.
2. Агитационные печатные материалы, ранее вывешенные вне помещений избирательных комиссий, сохраняются на прежних местах.
