Внести в Лесной кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., № 12, ст.534) следующее изменение: в части 3 статьи 16 слова "в судебном порядке" заменить словами "в соответствии с законодательством в сфере административной деятельности и административных процедур".
