Внести в часть 1 Гражданского кодекса Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1996 г., № 6, ст.80) следующее изменение: пункт 2 статьи 163 изложить в следующей редакции: "2.
