Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об охране и использовании растительного мира" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2001 г., № 6, ст.188) следующее изменение: абзац второй статьи 14 после слова "самоуправления" дополнить словами "в пределах делегированных государственных полномочий".
