Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об автомобильном транспорте" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2013 г., № 7, ст.911) следующее изменение: в абзаце втором части 1 статьи 56 цифры "2016" заменить цифрами "2020".
