1. Воздушное судно должно иметь сертификат типа и сертификат летной годности.
2. Эксплуатант и (или) собственник воздушного судна должны поддерживать воздушное судно, зарегистрированное и (или) эксплуатируемое в Кыргызской Республике, в состоянии годности к полетам.
