Юридические и физические лица, имеющие установки и аппараты, создающие помехи средствам связи и радиотехнического обеспечения полетов, обязаны по требованию органа гражданской авиации или соответствующего уполномоченного государственного органа Кыргызской Республики в области связи устранить такие помехи.
