Полет воздушного судна над населенными пунктами должен выполняться на высоте, позволяющей произвести безопасную посадку за пределами населенных пунктов в случае неисправности воздушного судна или на специально предусмотренных для этих целей посадочных площадках в пределах населенных пунктов.
