Статья 159. Порядок предъявления претензии

1. До предъявления к перевозчику иска в случае нарушения договора воздушной перевозки пассажира, груза или почты перевозчику предъявляется письменная претензия, за исключением случаев, вытекающих из причинения вреда жизни или здоровью пассажира.
2. Претензии предъявляются перевозчику в аэропорту пункта отправления или в аэропорту пункта назначения по усмотрению заявителя претензии.
